As the seventh The Olive Tap location, and the first to be entrusted to an owner outside of the original business family, we are honored to share a legacy of expertly-sourced, carefully-authenticated, artisanally-crafted oils and vinegars with Rhode Island. We also truly love playing a role in this illustrious foodie community, be it by consulting and collaborating with local restaurants or helping students hone new culinary traditions away from home.
